HI! I am Dana THE Trainer! I am a functional strength training specialist with certifications in the following areas: Personal Training, Adaptive Fitness for Special Needs, Women's Fitness, Senior Fitness, Fitness Nutrition and Group Fitness. I have extensive education and experience in designing programs, tailored to you, that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I am not a quick-fix coach. I believe in balanced and realistic discipline that will give you results to last you for a lifetime. I love seeing people thrive with confidence in all areas of their life after working with me. I help you grow strength both mentally and physically and you will become the person you were always meant to be. After all, we all want our hard work to last forever, so I ensure I teach you how to properly develop your achievements into a lifestyle. I was an athlete from childhood all through my adolescence. I danced, played softball, field hockey and rode horses. In my teens, I started working out in a gym doing cardio & calisthenics which led to learning how to lift weights. Shortly after, I made my passion into a career. Through this experience, I have worked with clients of all ages, abilities (including special needs), genders, and fitness levels doing 1x1, paired and group training anywhere from bodyweight exercises to powerlifting and strong man. While obtaining a degree in Human Services and Social Welfare, my concentration was focused on nutrition and psychology/mental health. This led to studies toward my Bachelors in Food Management/Nutrition and Dietetics. I specialize in functional strength training which is a form of training that strengthens and conditions one for regular everyday activities such as walking up and down stairs, carrying groceries, getting up and down from a floor, and picking children up etc... Nutrition gives me the ability to set you up with a well-rounded, fully developed program to address all of your needs at your level, at your pace. You don't need to think or worry about anything because I guide you the whole way, and requires no "homework" on your behalf.
We work together to identify and remove barriers that may be preventing you from getting where you want to be. We will set you up with a personalized program to help you stay on track and visually see your own progress! Proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care are all key factors in the level of your success and I coach you the whole way to help you reach your goals becoming the healthiest YOU you have ever been!
I am Dana Moscola. I am a human just like everyone else, with goals, dreams and aspirations. I love to do things that help my personal growth and bring anyone in my life along with me to guide them in doing the same. I have a passion for helping people do great things in all areas of their life. I am someone who cheers people on and love seeing everyone succeed. I am not an influencer, I am a leader. I am not into fast fixes, I am a realist. I have worked in many areas of profession, all giving me the skills to do what I do today. I met my husband of 10 years when I was working in a restaurant, and we have built a life together as a team. With his encouragement, I left the restaurant business and started my dream career in fitness and nutrition. We have a beautiful blended family and a fur baby that gets all the attention. We love to travel, eat great food, workout and brainstorm on the next venture we would like to work on together. We love to laugh... a lot! We stick to our values to keep traditions going, and believe in loyalty, good morals and making choices that will have a positive impact on our future together. This is something I find to be useful and implement when working with people. I will always have a positive outlook to motivate you, and celebrate all of your "wins" regardless of their size!

All sessions displayed are for a distance of up to a 1 mile radius of Levittown. If 1-4 mile radius, a one-way $5 travel fee will be applied. If beyond 5 miles, an additional $1 fee per mile will be added to the $5 base fee.
1X1 Nutrition Coaching broken up into two phases to ensure maximum progress & success!
45-minute maximum call that addresses all of your questions/concerns, goals/expectations, successes/failures, current stats, health/medical history, what the program will look like, post-call calculations & personalized programming made specifically for YOU!
1- hour maximum call where we discuss your plan, including my findings, suggestions, answering questions, review personalized calculations, personalized food lists, measuring tools & waist, hip and neck measurements if preferred by client and schedule your first check-in for one week later
1- hour maximum call where we review the past week and how the plan went. We go over any challenges, successes, what is working, what may not be working, make any adjustments if needed. Discuss weigh-ins and or measurements. Schedule 2nd check-in
30-minute maximum call where we repeat the 1st check-in call expectations and review the past week. By this time, there should be measurable progress. We will now do our first weigh-in and/or measurements. We will also discuss the 3-month commitment plan with up to 30-min check-ins every two weeks over the span of 3 months.
30-minute check-ins bi-weekly discussing & reviewing questions, successes, challenges, adjustments to plan, weigh-ins, measurements and suggestions. Significant progress should be made in the 3 months, when the 3 months are completed we will discuss continuance of coaching.
***all fees are non-refundable and required up front at time of booking. Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to appt, no exceptions, which will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All single training sessions require a deposit equivalent to the first session, that will be applied to it the day of. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Square and cash are accepted. Money transfer services must be used for deposits prior to appointments and cash can be used in-person in advance for your next session.***
